Summary

Job Summary The PEGA Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Pega-based applications to support business processes and workflows. This role focuses on building scalable solutions, integrating systems, and ensuring alignment with architectural standards. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement applications using Pega PRPC 8.x Collaborate with business analysts and architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions Participate in design reviews and ensure compliance with architecture standards Develop and configure case types, data models, workflows, user interfaces, and activities Build and integrate REST and SOAP services with external systems Troubleshoot and optimize Pega applications for performance and scalability Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and delivery Required Qualifications Strong experience in Pega PRPC development (version 8.x or higher) Experience in designing and developing Pega applications and workflows Knowledge of case management, data modeling, and UI development in Pega Experience with REST/SOAP integrations Experience working in Agile environments Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Education: Bachelors Degree
