Job Overview: The Marketing Analytics Administration role involves managing and analyzing marketing data to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of marketing analytics systems, generating actionable insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing performance.
Responsibilities: The position is responsible for end-to-end campaign list operations - interpreting campaign requests, orchestrating timelines and priorities, and ensuring accurate audience selection and delivery at scale. The role requires deep expertise in Unica Campaign, advanced SQL, and automation of recurring build processes. They will also be working with Adobe - FAC/CDP/AJO so experience with this is a plus.
They will collaborate closely with marketing partners, other Martech personnel for on-time delivery and continuous improvement of campaign workflows.

Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.

Pay Range: $60hr - $65hr on w2 The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
