ServiceNow Solution Architect

$65.00 - 70.24/hr
Position Summary
As a Service Now Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for leading an effort to assess existing vulnerability remediation tools, processes and support capabilities and helping define requirements and architect solutions and implementation plans to translate those capabilities into the ServiceNow Platform.
This resource will require SME level experience with Service Now Vulnerability Response module, and understanding of the Service Now ITSM, ITOM and Service Now KMS modules. Additionally, you will need strong communication skills and play a role in training existing team members on Service Now capabilities.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Required Skill
Experience: 7+ years of ServiceNow experience with a focus in the Vulnerability Response module, ITSM, ITOM, and KMS module; Experience in Vulnerability Management / vulnerability remediation / patching.
Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; CIS and CAD certifications preferred.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Service Now Vulnerability Response module, JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow architecture
Ability to assess existing vulnerability business processes, tools and applications and develop business rules and requirements to design and configure into the relevant Service Now modules.
Quickly understand our current vulnerability application features, business logic and rules for categorizing, assigning and routing vulnerabilities to the appropriate teams and determine best path for integration into Service Now
Assist with evolving our existing governance routines to support ServiceNow business rules and workflow
Translate our existing reporting (Tableau, UI, etc) into standard ServiceNow reporting or functionality for a variety of personas
Assist train our team on ServiceNow Vulnerability Response module, and other platform capabilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
