Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Project Lead – Data, Cloud & AI to lead enterprise data engineering and AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, oversee project planning and execution, coordinate technical and business stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of large-scale data, analytics, cloud, and AI programs.

The successful candidate should have strong experience delivering enterprise data initiatives, including data architecture, data warehousing, analytics, cloud technologies, and healthcare data projects. PMP certification is mandatory and must be clearly listed on the resume.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience leading enterprise technical projects in Data, Analytics, Cloud, or AI environments.

  • 10+ years managing Data Architecture, Data Modeling, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Big Data, and Analytics initiatives.

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams, vendors, and multiple stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Strong expertise in project planning, scope management, scheduling, budgeting, resource planning, risk management, and financial reporting.

  • Working knowledge of SQL, databases, cloud platforms, and enterprise data systems.

  • Experience supporting healthcare data initiatives; familiarity with FHIR, HL7, and CCDA is highly desirable.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to business and executive leadership.

  • Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet.

  • Strong documentation skills, including project plans, charters, schedules, status reports, and lessons learned.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across business and technical teams.

  • PMP Certification (Required).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in Healthcare or other regulated industries.

  • Experience supporting AI, Advanced Analytics, or Digital Transformation initiatives.

  • Knowledge of SDLC, Enterprise Architecture, Information Management, Security, Compliance, and Data Governance.

  • Strong consulting, facilitation, stakeholder management, and customer communication skills.

  • Additional certifications such as PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, TOGAF, Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform are a plus.
