Job Title: Supplier Enablement & Ariba Operations Specialist
Location: Charlotte, NC OR West Des Moines, IA | Hybrid 3x/week

Top Requirements:2+ years of Operational Accounting, Procurement, or Supply Chain experienceExperience working with Ariba (Buying & Invoicing) and/or PeopleSoftStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills (system discrepancies, supplier issues)Ability to work independently and manage escalations end-to-endPlusses:Experience with supplier onboarding / enablement processesExposure to UAT testing and system enhancementsBackground supporting procurement, accounts payable, or sourcing teamsExperience working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external vendorsJob Summary:This role sits within Supplier Enablement Operations and supports the onboarding, maintenance, and optimization of suppliers within Wells Fargo's Ariba platform. The consultant will help drive migration efforts from PeopleSoft to Ariba, resolve system discrepancies, and ensure suppliers are properly enabled for procurement and payment processes. This is a highly independent role requiring strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage escalations, system issues, and process improvements.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:- Manage supplier setup and maintenance requests tied to projects (e.g., Early Pay Discount, Virtual Card)
- Monitor and resolve discrepancies between Ariba and PeopleSoft systems
- Troubleshoot complex supplier and internal stakeholder issues related to procurement systems
- Handle escalations independently and provide guidance to internal teams and suppliers
- Support system improvements by identifying defects and contributing to enhancement requirements
- Execute UAT testing, including writing and submitting test scripts
- Assist with supplier onboarding and ensure readiness for transacting in Ariba
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Procurement, AP, Sourcing, and Contracts
- Perform system cleanup initiatives (e.g., supplier record accuracy, compliance requirements)
- Document processes and identify opportunities for operational improvements
