Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Java Solution Architect to design, develop, and oversee the implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and DevOps teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solution architecture using Java/J2EE technologies
• Define application architecture, coding standards, and best practices
• Lead technical design discussions and architecture reviews
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and system designs
• Guide development teams during implementation and resolve complex technical issues
• Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and reliability standards
• Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and technologies
• Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD, cloud deployments, and monitoring
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in Java, Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA
• Experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture
• Solid understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and OOP concepts
• Experience with databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
