Detailed Job Description: Lead and manage significant cross-functional information technology projects. Be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from planning and scope of definition to execution, monitoring, and closure. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, executive leadership, and technical teams to ensure project success.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, approach, resource allocation, schedules, deliverables, and funding.
• Provide guidance and direction to project teams, ensuring day-to-day
tasks align with project goals.
• Elicit, document, and validate business requirements using recognized methodologies and defined templates.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business and IT staff, clearly communicating business process requirements.
• Develop and maintain system diagrams (e.g., flowcharts, strategy maps) as needed.
• Track and document changes to specifications and create detailed procedures for record-keeping and training.
• Participate in the development of test plans and oversee system changes to ensure requirements are met.
• Adhere to project reporting and documentation standards.
