Serve as the subject matter expert on OFSC platform capabilities, data models, business rules, routing logic, capacity categories, and work zone configurations.

Architect, design, and build integration points between OFSC and modern application stacks using OFSC REST APIs (Activity, Resource, Capacity, and Core Manage APIs).

Design and implement custom OFSC plugins using the OFSC Plugin Framework and JavaScript SDK.

Guide full-stack developers on API consumption, payload structures, OAuth 2.0 security, and error handling patterns.

Author detailed integration specs, API contracts, and architectural diagrams to align cross-functional technical teams.

Establish event-driven and asynchronous integration patterns utilizing webhooks and enterprise middleware while supporting DevOps practices in Git/CI-CD across OFSC environments.
