OCM Analyst

Role Overview

TxDOT seeks an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst to plan and drive change strategies for IT projects. This role focuses on training, communication, and adoption to ensure users are prepared when new systems go live. The analyst will collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to identify gaps, resolve issues, and ensure successful change adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change strategies (impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, communication plans).
• Align change tasks with project goals across PMs, developers, QA, and technical teams.
• Deliver training materials, communications, and status updates for users and leadership.
• Track adoption metrics and report progress to leadership.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years with OCM frameworks (e.g., PROSCI), including stakeholder & impact analysis.
• 3+ years on large-scale IT projects with agency-wide impact.
• Experience writing reports, building communication plans, and engaging all organizational levels.
• Skilled in creating user-facing content, coaching teams, and tracking adoption metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with a Texas State Agency.
• Bachelor s in IT, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Background in marketing or corporate communications.
