Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pega LSA Certified professional to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale Pega solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to bridge business requirements with technical architecture while delivering high-quality, scalable Pega applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Pega-based applications that meet complex business requirements.
• Architect and build solutions using the Pega Platform (PRPC) and associated frameworks.
• Customize Pega applications by extending out-of-the-box functionality through custom rules, activities, data pages, integrations, and UI components.
• Lead and mentor development teams in delivering enterprise-grade Pega solutions.
• Act as a liaison between Business Architects (BA) and IT Pega teams, translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Stakeholders, and Lead Business Analysts to convert business requirements into scalable Pega applications.
• Integrate Pega applications with external systems, databases, web services, and APIs.
• Architect and implement advanced Pega customizations while integrating multiple technologies.
• Conduct detailed code reviews and design reviews to ensure performance, scalability, and adherence to best practices.
• Map functional and non-functional requirements to appropriate Pega features and capabilities.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, defect fixes, and debugging using tools such as Clipboard across multiple testing phases.
• Support deployment planning and release management activities.
• Develop and maintain advanced expertise in PRPC architecture, design principles, and implementation standards.

Required Qualifications

• Pega LSA Certification (Mandatory).
• Strong hands-on experience with Pega Platform / PRPC.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering large-scale enterprise Pega applications.
• Solid understanding of Pega architecture, case management, integrations, and performance optimization.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Experience integrating Pega with cloud-based or enterprise systems.
• Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and Pega deployment strategies.
• Prior experience in financial services, telecom, or large enterprise environments.
