Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Execute functional testing for application enhancements, maintenance releases, and defect resolution.
- Develop test plans, test cases, and test data to validate system functionality and business requirements.
- Identify, document, triage, and track software defects while supporting issue resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure software quality and successful releases.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, functional testing, test planning, defect management, and SDLC support.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise eligibility and enrollment systems or similar business applications.
- Knowledge of automated testing methodologies and testing frameworks.
- Experience working in Agile software development environments.
