Title: Payroll Project Manager
Length: 12 month contract
Location: Remote Est / Cst
Job Description:
Our Client in the IT service Industry is currently supporting 100 clients on the Year end/ year beginning payroll. They are in need of a project manager to come in and lead the staggering projects from a Payroll standpoint. You will be responsible for managing multiple complex, client-facing projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment between internal stakeholders, clients, and third-party vendors during peak payroll periods.
Must:
Experience supporting Payroll SAP, or Oracle HCM
Strong understanding of North American payroll processes and compliance
1) Project Management experience (looking for someone with at least 5 years experience)
2) Learning Agility Being new to our business, looking for someone that can learn quickly, self-driven and able to move forward on a project without much direction. We will have a coach aligned, but looking for someone that doesn t need much direction.
3) HR Consulting, payroll and outsourcing industry experience. Management of Year-End/Year-Begin projects preferred.
4) Strong Communicator as will be working with many internal and external teams across the globe.
4) Being able to multi-task as lots going on that they will need to manage.
