We are seeking a Learning Facilitation Professional to plan, coordinate, and deliver engaging instructor-led and virtual training programs for employees across the organization. The ideal candidate is passionate about learning, adult education, and creating impactful training experiences that drive employee performance and business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led and virtual instructor-led training sessions.
• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate learning programs for employees.
• Create an engaging learning environment using appropriate training materials and techniques.
• Monitor employee training records and ensure compliance with training requirements.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback and recommend improvements.
• Support continuous learning initiatives using online learning resources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training aligns with organizational goals.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree.
• 2+ years of training, facilitation, or learning & development experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project).
• Excellent presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for improving employee and customer experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master''s degree.
• Knowledge of curriculum design and adult learning principles.
• Experience using a variety of training tools and delivery methods.
• Experience managing projects or training initiatives.
