The Product Owner will support technical delivery and Agile execution within the banking domain, focusing on data technology solutions and requirements design. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data constructs, and experience working in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environments. This position requires a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite.
Responsibilities: - Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for banking and data technology initiatives
- Support technical delivery teams by translating business needs into actionable specifications
- Create and maintain JIRA boards, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions aligned with business objectives
- Ensure adherence to Agile principles and participate in ceremonies (PI Planning, Sprint Reviews, etc.)
- Perform data analysis and validation
Requirements: - Experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst
- Proficient in the data technology space with an understanding of data constructs and technologies
- Strong experience supporting technical delivery
- Experience in Agile Methodology, preferably Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira
- Understanding of the banking domain
- Experience with requirements analysis and design
Desired skills: - Experience with Confluence for documentation
- Knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and metadata management
- Strong analytical, facilitation, and presentation skills
Pay range: $51.37 - $59.37 per hour
