Job Title: Actimize Business Analyst

Role Summary
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in business analysis, specifically within the realm of financial services and compliance solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Actimize solutions and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize business processes and drive solutions that ensure compliance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business needs and requirements in relation to Actimize applications and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and business units, to gather requirements and develop solutions.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to ensure that project requirements are accurately defined and met.
- Conduct data analysis and create detailed reports to provide insights related to compliance and risk mitigation.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and ensure that the delivered solutions meet both business and functional requirements.
- Stay updated with regulatory changes and assess their impact on current Actimize processes.
Required Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst focused on Actimize or similar compliance solutions.
- Proven track record of successful project lifecycle management, from requirements gathering through implementation and testing.
- Experience working with financial institutions and understanding of the regulatory environment within the banking sector.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on compliance and risk analysis.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance standards, including AML and KYC practices.
