Required Salesforce Experience
Client is looking for a Salesforce specialized Systems Analyst with strong hands on and functional expertise, specifically in:
• Service Cloud
• Field Service Lightning (FSL), including:
o Work Order Management
o Service Appointments
o Dispatcher Console
o Scheduling Policies
o Mobile Workflows
• Experience with Flow (including complex and/or guided flows)
Experience Level
• 5+ years of Salesforce experience strongly preferred
Certifications
• Salesforce certifications are a strong plus
• Salesforce Certified Administrator is highly desirable
Systems Analyst Skillset
The candidate must demonstrate strong Systems Analyst fundamentals, including:
• Eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements
• Translating business needs into Salesforce functional requirements
• Writing detailed, high quality requirements documentation
• Understanding Salesforce functional requirements and configurations
This role requires someone who is deeply specialized in Salesforce.
Leadership / Lead Responsibilities
• This role functions as a Lead Systems Analyst
• Responsibilities include:
o Reviewing the work of other Systems Analysts
o Coaching and mentoring junior or peer Systems Analysts to get them up to speed on the system
• Acts as a team lead, even if not formally titled as one
Security & Access (Must Have)
• Strong understanding of Salesforce roles, profiles, permission sets, and hierarchy
• This is considered a mandatory requirement
Integrations & Technical Skills (Nice to Have)
• Experience working on Salesforce integrations is a significant plus
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams, including:
o Product Owner
o Internal Systems Development team
o Salesforce Development team
• Strong data analysis skills, including:
o Creating data flow diagrams
o Mapping and documenting data flows
• Experience with:
o Oracle databases
o SQL for querying and analytical purposes
Methodology
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum is a plus
