Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business and operational needs (production targets, uptime, compliance, cost, safety) into clear architectural direction.
• Partner with operations, engineering, and product teams to ensure solutions deliver right‑first‑time outcomes and reduce rework or scope churn.
• Lead end‑to‑end solution architecture for industrial systems, delivering designs that are scalable, resilient, maintainable, and fit for 24x7 operations.
• Align solutions with enterprise and industrial reference architecture while preventing architectural drift and technical debt.
• Leverage Azure cloud and enterprise platforms to accelerate delivery of industrial digital use cases (e.g., asset performance, production reporting, analytics, predictive maintenance).
• Support “run‑as‑one” integration across value chains such as production, supply, maintenance, and commercial.
• Drive architectural decision‑making that balances speed, cost, operational risk, safety, cybersecurity, and long‑term sustainability.
• Communicate complex technical and architectural concepts clearly to operations leaders, engineers, IT teams, and executives.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in solution or application architecture within industrial, oil & gas, utilities, or manufacturing environments
• Strong system design skills across distributed, hybrid OT/IT architectures
• Hands‑on experience with Azure cloud platforms and enterprise integration patterns
• Experience integrating platforms such as ERP, EAM, MES, historians, analytics, or field data systems
• Ability to translate operational and business requirements into robust technical solutions
• Proven ability to influence architectural decisions across multi‑disciplinary teams
• Experience with Prometheus IPS, Advanced Process Control Monitoring, Opentext
• Experience with industrial systems (e.g., SCADA, DCS, PLC, MES, asset historians)
• Familiarity with industrial cybersecurity and secure architecture practices
