Job Title: Power Apps Developer with Copilot Experience

Location: Cincinnati, OH (Onsite)

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop Copilot solutions using Copilot Studio (topics, generative answers, actions)
• Build Canvas and/or Model-Driven Power Apps with Dataverse backend
• Design and implement Power Automate cloud flows (approvals, API calls, event-based triggers)
• Create and consume custom connectors (REST APIs, JSON handling, authentication)
• Integrate solutions with enterprise systems (SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, internal APIs)
• Implement RBAC, DLP policies, and environment-specific configurations
• Support solution packaging, deployments, and CI/CD using Azure DevOps or GitHub 

Required Skills:

• 4+ years hands-on Power Platform experience
• At least one enterprise Copilot or Power Platform implementation
• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio (topics, entities, variables, system prompts)
• Strong Power Apps development experience (Canvas formulas, Power Fx, data binding)
• Experience building Power Automate flows with conditional logic and error handling
• Experience working with REST APIs, JSON payloads, OAuth/API key authentication
• Good understanding of Dataverse tables, relationships, and security roles
• Familiarity with ALM, solution exports/imports, and environment strategy 

Required Education:  At least a Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems or closely related field is required.
