Required Qualifications
- Strong ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications
- Proven stakeholder/project management across business and technology teams
- Process analysis skills to identify inefficiencies and drive optimization
- Solid understanding of Agile / SDLC practices
- Clear, concise documentation and communication skills
- Strong problemsolving and critical thinking ability
- Awareness of regulatory and compliance requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Domain experience in financial services or risk data
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Exposure to managed Agile delivery process (Jira, backlog, sprint planning)
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMIPBA, or Agile
- Python, PL/SQL, JAVA, would be a plus
- Technical skills are desired
