Position Description
• The Business Systems Analyst Sr supports lending originations initiatives for Symphony Personal Loan and Auto projects
• The role is responsible for gathering business requirements, creating user stories, collaborating with Agile teams, and supporting end-to-end delivery of enterprise applications.
• The position works closely with business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and scrum teams to improve workflows, support application enhancements, and drive successful project execution.
Required Qualifications
• 5–7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
o Jira
o Figma
o Confluence
o Writing user stories
o AI-related tools or initiatives
• Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience collaborating with developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
• Experience within banking, lending, or financial services environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of workflow analysis, process optimization, and system integration concepts.
• Familiarity with enterprise application delivery and SDLC processes.
