We have an immediate need for a Technology Architect RPA (UiPath) for a position based in Sunnyvale, CA, USA. This role is part of a high-impact automation and digital transformation initiative, working closely with enterprise clients and internal stakeholders, with flexibility to travel as required for project needs.

In this role, you will act as an RPA Consultant and Architect, responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end automation solutions aligned with business objectives and enterprise architecture. You will analyze existing business processes, identify automation opportunities, and define scalable RPA solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders, application managers, and technical teams. The position involves ownership of the full RPA lifecycle including solution design, build, deployment, release management, documentation, and continuous improvement, while ensuring seamless integration with existing applications and IT infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in UiPath, along with experience in enterprise-scale RPA architecture and solution delivery. A solid understanding of RPA frameworks, design methodologies, and integration concepts is essential, including REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, and flat file processing. The role also requires experience leading and mentoring RPA development teams, performing code reviews, preparing solution design documentation, and supporting Agile delivery models. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with global teams are critical for success.
