Job Title : AI/ML Tech Lead/Architect
Location : Ohio City, OH, USA
Duration: 6 Months
Bill Rate:$70/Hr
Job type:W2 Contract
Work authorization: US-Citizen, H-1B, OPT-EAD, GC-EAD

Roles and Responsibilities:

• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, data engineering, or cloud architecture.
• Strong hands on experience with AWS AI/ML services including SageMaker, Bedrock, Glue, Redshift, Kinesis, Lambda, and Lake Formation.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit learn).
• Experience with IaC tools (AWS CDK, Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Deep understanding of ML algorithms, LLMs, embeddings, vector search, and model optimization.
• Proven experience building production grade MLOps pipelines.

Code Review & Engineering Leadership

• Demonstrated ability to review, refactor, and improve developers code.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and testing practices.
• Experience mentoring engineering teams and enforcing coding standards.

Leadership & Advisory Skills:

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical and executive stakeholders.
• Experience in consulting, customer advisory, or enterprise architecture roles.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS certifications (ML Specialty, Solutions Architect Professional).
• Experience with generative AI, LLM fine tuning, and RAG architectures.
• Background in industry specific AI use cases (finance, healthcare, retail, manufacturing).
• Experience leading multi disciplinary teams across data, ML, and cloud engineering.
