Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Product Delivery Manager to support strategic initiatives within Merchant Services Platforms Product PMO. This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end product delivery processes, managing cross-functional dependencies, and ensuring successful execution of complex programs in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in product delivery, program/project management, stakeholder coordination, release management, and operational execution. This person should be comfortable working across engineering, product, and business teams to keep initiatives on track and aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, operational readiness, and performance reporting
• Manage project timelines, monitor blockers, track dependencies, and coordinate with stakeholders across multiple functions
• Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to define scope, objectives, deliverables, and execution plans
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely delivery of strategic initiatives
• Identify program risks, resolve roadblocks proactively, and implement contingency plans as needed
• Use data and reporting insights to assess program health, identify improvement opportunities, and drive optimization
• Maintain strong data hygiene across project management tools and repositories such as JIRA, SharePoint, Confluence, and Teams
• Create dashboards and status reports to provide stakeholders with real-time visibility into progress, risks, and performance metrics
• Drive change management activities and ensure alignment with compliance, risk, and control requirements
• Communicate progress, priorities, and risks effectively to leadership and executive stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in product delivery, program management, or project management within large organizations
• Proven experience managing complex technology programs and cross-functional initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decision-making across teams
• Experience managing timelines, resources, priorities, and dependencies in an agile environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business and technical objectives into actionable plans

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the product development lifecycle, delivery execution, and data analytics
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize effectively in a complex environment
• Hands-on experience with Excel, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Teams, and PowerPoint
• Bachelor s degree required; PMP certification is a plus
