We are seeking experienced AI Test (QA) Leads with strong expertise in test automation using Playwright to support AI-driven application initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead QA efforts for modern, intelligent platforms, ensuring high-quality delivery through robust automation frameworks and advanced testing strategies.

This role requires a strong blend of test leadership, automation expertise, and exposure to AI-based systems, working closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

QA Leadership & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end QA activities for AI/GenAI-based applications
• Define and implement test strategies, plans, and frameworks
• Manage QA deliverables, timelines, and team coordination
• Act as the primary point of contact for all QA-related activities

Test Automation (Playwright)

• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright
• Implement automated test scripts for UI, API, and end-to-end testing
• Ensure scalability, reusability, and maintainability of automation suites
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines

AI Testing & Validation

• Validate AI/LLM-based applications, APIs, and workflows
• Test model outputs, prompts, and response accuracy
• Ensure reliability, performance, and security of AI-driven systems
• Work with AI/ML teams to validate model integrations

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and AI teams
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews)
• Provide regular status updates, test reports, and quality metrics
• Mentor QA engineers and guide best practices

Quality Assurance & Best Practices

• Ensure adherence to QA standards, SDLC, and Agile methodologies
• Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and tools
• Support UAT, defect management, and release validation

Required Qualifications

Experience

• 8 12+ years of experience in Software Testing / QA
• 3 5+ years in a QA Lead or Test Lead role
• Proven experience working on enterprise-level applications

Technical Skills

Automation

• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Playwright (must-have)
• Automation frameworks (UI + API + E2E testing)
• Experience with:
• JavaScript / TypeScript (preferred)
• Selenium (good to have)

AI / Modern Testing

• Exposure to:
• AI / GenAI / LLM-based applications
• API testing (Postman / REST tools)
• Test validation for intelligent workflows (nice-to-have)
