Patient CRM & Data Ecosystem

Position Summary

The Master Data & Data Integrations Lead Consultant is responsible for defining, designing, and executing the end-to-end patient data architecture, master data strategy, and integration framework supporting the Patient CRM ecosystem. This role serves as the business lead for CRM data modeling, patient identity management, data migration, data aggregators, downstream integrations, and master data governance across patient, provider, payer, product, and site domains.

The role partners closely with business, CRM platform teams, MDM teams, integration architects, data engineering, analytics, reporting, privacy, and external vendors to establish a trusted, scalable, and compliant patient data foundation for the withMe ecosystem and future patient engagement capabilities

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Patient MDM Strategy & Identity Management

  • Define Patient Master Data Management strategy, roadmap, and operating model.
  • Establish patient identity resolution framework including match, merge, and survivorship rules.
  • Define trusted-source hierarchy and attribute-level governance.
  • Drive creation of a single trusted patient record across CRM and connected systems.

2. Enterprise Master Data Governance for patient CRM

Own strategy and governance for:

  • Patient Master Data
  • HCP Master Data
  • Hospital and Site Master Data
  • Payer Master Data
  • Product Master Data

Responsibilities include:

  • Reference data standards
  • Business ownership
  • Mastering policies
  • Data quality requirements
  • Cross-functional governance

3. Data Integrations & Aggregator Management

  • Own business requirements and strategy for all inbound and outbound patient data integrations.
  • Lead data aggregator onboarding, ingestion, enrichment, aggregation, and data sharing initiatives.
  • Partner with vendors supporting patient, provider, claims, prescription, consent, and enrollment data.
  • Define integration governance and business controls.

4. Data Intake & Update Governance

  • Define governance framework for patient data creation, update, validation, and stewardship.
  • Establish trust-based update mechanisms and attribute-level decision frameworks.
  • Define integration channel governance across portals, vendors, hubs, pharmacies, and CRM users.

5. Downstream Reporting & Data Sharing Strategy

  • Govern operational reporting, analytics, AI, and downstream data consumption needs.
  • Define certified datasets and data-sharing policies.
  • Ensure downstream consumers receive trusted and governed patient data.

6. Strategic Advisory & Innovation

  • Evaluate emerging capabilities, data sources, and external partnerships.
  • Provide business leadership for future-state patient data capabilities.
  • Recommend improvements to scalability, interoperability, compliance, and patient engagement outcomes.

 

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience in:
    • Master Data Management
    • Data Integration
    • Data Migration
    • CRM Data Architecture
    • Healthcare or Life Sciences data ecosystems
  • Strong experience with:
    • Salesforce Health Cloud/Life Sciences Cloud
    • MDM platforms
    • Patient identity management
    • Data integration architectures
    • Vendor onboarding and data exchange models

Preferred

  • Patient Services / Hub Operations experience.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, consent, PHI governance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with data aggregators, specialty pharmacies, PSPs, and patient support ecosystems.

 

Success Metrics

  • Reduction in duplicate patient records.
  • MDM adoption and identity accuracy improvements.
  • Faster onboarding of mastering/integrations.
  • Improved data consistency across CRM ecosystem.
  • Trusted downstream data availability.
