Senior Advanced TIDES Engineer

Join a team developing the next generation of spacecraft test and integration environments supporting advanced national security and space programs.
In this role, you'll work across hardware, software, FPGA, RF, and automation systems to design, integrate, and deploy complex spacecraft test environments. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, drive technical solutions, support proposal efforts, and help shape the infrastructure used to verify and validate mission-critical space systems.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of systems, test, software, electrical, or aerospace engineering experience
- Background in spacecraft, payload, aerospace, defense, or complex embedded systems
- Experience with system integration, verification, automated test environments, and requirements analysis
- Knowledge of Python, LabVIEW, TestStand, Git, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, or FPGA-based systems
- Ability to lead technical discussions and solve complex engineering challenges
