We have a role for an RPA Developer (Software Engineer 3), this is hybrid in Austn, TX (Thursdays and Fridays onsite required).
Candidates must ALREADY reside in the Austin area so not willing to accept willing to relocate candidates as per the client. AND WE ALSO CAN''T SEND ANYONE WHO IS NOT AT THEIR HOME ADDRESS TODAY (SO IF FOR EXAMPLE THEY ARE OUT OF TOWN THIS WEEK) - SEE BELOW:

SO ASK AHEAD NOT ONLY IF THEY LIVE HERE BUT YOU HAVE TO ASK IF THEY ARE TRAVELING THIS WEEK (WE HAVE TO SEND AN RTR AND IT LITERALLY SHOWS THE CITY AND STATE WHERE THEY ARE SIGNING IT FROM AND IF IT SAYS ANYWHERE OUTSIDE AUSTIN SURROUNDING AREA (SO WITHIN 50 MILES THEY CANNOT BE SENT. SO IF THEY SAY THEY ARE TRAVELING DON''T BOTHER SENDING WE ARE DEFINITELY NOT ALLOWED TO SEND. THERE''S NO WAY TO SLIDE IT THROUGH THERE''S AN ASSESSMENT AND RTR THAT BOTH SHOW THE IP ADDRESS (WHICH SHOWS CITY/STATE WHERE THEY ARE SIGNING IT FROM SO YOU MUST CHECK BEFORE SENDING. I KEEP SAYING THIS THEN DO ALL THE WORK THEN FIND OUT AFTER THE FACT THE IP SAYS SOMEWHERE ELSE AND WE SIMPLY CANNOT SEND SO DON''T WASTE TIME

MUST HAVE
8        Required        Hands-on experience with RPA development, with at least 4 years specifically using Blue Prism, including attended and unattended
                                   bots interacting with web sites
8        Required        Experience with RPA integration with APIs and Databases including RESTful web services and SQL DBs
8        Required        Experience developing reports and/or documents based on structured/unstructured data
8        Required        Experience building analytics based on structured/unstructured data

The Software Engineer 3 contractor position is part of the HHSC IT Administrative Applications Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team and will play a crucial role in designing, developing, maintaining automation and document intelligence solutions that transform large, complex data sources. The Software Engineer 3 will perform advanced developer duties including solution design, automation development, document ingestion and analysis, search enablement, infrastructure support, collaboration across teams, and continuous improvement. The contractor role will focus on robotics and document processing technologies that may include Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Automate, Azure, and PDF/document processing frameworks. This position will be responsible for developing, testing, and supporting solutions that automate business processes and convert large multi hundred-page PDFs and data packages into structured, navigable, and actionable intake artifacts. THE WORK WILL OCCUR IN A FAST PACED AGILE (KANBAN/SCRUM) ENVIRONMENT.
