Join a mission-driven product team as a Product Analyst supporting internal systems and donor management search workflows. This role combines product thinking, data analysis, Salesforce expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to help shape user-centered, efficient, and measurable solutions that improve outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with product, UX, operations, technology, analytics, finance, and other stakeholders to define business goals, user needs, pain points, and opportunities.
- Analyze customer feedback, process flows, service interactions, utilization patterns, and operational data to uncover improvement opportunities and prioritize work.
- Translate ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses, assumptions, decision points, and actionable analysis plans.
- Evaluate current-state workflows and platform capabilities to identify inefficiencies, manual workarounds, and areas for simplification.
- Recommend future-state solutions that balance customer experience, operational realities, business value, and platform fit.
- Support product planning by contributing requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria inputs, test scenarios, workflow documentation, and decision records.
- Assist with prototyping and solution concept development using modern design and AI-enabled tools when needed.
- Track product adoption, usage, performance, and feedback after launch to inform continuous improvement.
- Help assess trade-offs across product, process, configuration, and custom development options, with a strong preference for configuration-first solutions.
- Contribute to product analysis that supports roadmap decisions, portfolio discussions, and lifecycle optimization.
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, functional analysis, product analytics, or a related field.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, Salesforce Health Cloud, CRM platforms, or similar enterprise systems.
- Ability to recommend out-of-the-box and configuration-based solutions before considering custom builds.
- Experience turning data, customer insights, and process findings into clear recommendations.
- Knowledge of product discovery, journey mapping, process analysis, and opportunity assessment.
- Comfort working in agile or product delivery environments and supporting backlog readiness, testing, and validation.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Solid analytical judgment, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in analytics, business, economics, information systems, technology, healthcare administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting large-scale platform transformation, CRM, digital product, or enterprise workflow initiatives.
- Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Miro, Lucidchart, Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Pendo, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Excel, or SQL.
- Experience creating practical workflows, prototypes, wireframes, or screen concepts when UX resources are limited.
- Exposure to artificial intelligence in research, synthesis, scenario modeling, or prototyping.
- Experience mentoring analysts or helping establish measurement and analytical best practices.
- Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, CBAP, CSPO, or SAFe.
