Job Summary: Oracle SaaS Cloud Sourcing to Pay domain (S2P) Techno-Functional Architect

The Oracle SaaS Cloud for Supplier, Purchasing, Sourcing, Accounts Payable (Sourcing to Pay) will be hands-on senior level consultant who will map business requirements to Oracle SaaS Cloud functionality, solution design for extensions, manage configurations, data migration in the client’s Oracle SaaS & PaaS ecosystem. This will include coordination within different groups.

Candidate must be local to Philadelphia area as, 3 to 4 days at client site is expected. Client is located in Philadelphia center City.

Job Description

• Gather and analyze functional and technical requirements with business stakeholders.
• Design end-to-end Oracle Fusion S2P solutions covering:
  • Sourcing, Purchasing & Supplier Management
  • AP Invoice, Payments & S2P processes
• Provide techno-functional leadership throughout SaaS and PaaS solution lifecycles.
• Create functional design documents, technical design documentation, and PaaS solution designs
• Develop and maintain BI or OTBI reports within the P2P domain.
• Design and support integrations between Oracle Fusion P2P and third-party systems.
• Advise development and integration teams on Oracle Fusion table structures and architecture.
• Lead data mapping and legacy-to-cloud migration activities.
• Author and execute test scripts for SaaS configurations and integrations.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion embedded AI capabilities: Intelligent Document Recognition (IDR) for invoice processing, Expense Agents, AI-powered supplier matching, and smart PO line recommendations.
• Experience or awareness of Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) integration within the Procurement and Payables workflow for conversational AI-driven approvals and inquiries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues across Oracle Fusion applications.
• Collaborate with business users, integration teams, and IT to resolve defects and ensure successful deployments.

Preferred Skills 

• Oracle Expense and HCM experience.
• Oracle Business Network (OBN) experience.
• EDI integration knowledge.
• Understanding of how AI Agents can interface with Oracle Fusion REST APIs to trigger S2P actions.
• Cash Management process knowledge.

• Need Oracle Certifications on SaaS Cloud  in S2P area

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 12 to 15 years of experience in the IT profession
