We are looking for an experienced Senior Fullstack Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in New York, New York. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-performance transactional systems that power commercial products and services. Responsibilities:
Develop and manage robust transactional systems across the full stack, ensuring performance and reliability.
Design, implement, and maintain both back-end and front-end software components using Node.js, TypeScript, and React.
Collaborate closely with team members to deliver high-quality products efficiently.
Build scalable, real-time systems leveraging cloud infrastructure.
Debug and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system reliability, recovery, and scalability.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from initial design through coding, testing, and deployment.
Stay informed about emerging industry trends and technologies to enhance system performance.
Optimize high-volume services by benchmarking and fine-tuning performance.
Utilize WebSockets and other real-time data transport technologies to support system functionality.
Requirements
Proven experience in shipping multiple commercial products to active user bases.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with attention to detail.
Advanced proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and React.
Expertise in JavaScript and strong knowledge of real-time systems and cloud infrastructure.
Familiarity with WebSockets and other real-time data transport technologies.
Demonstrated ability to benchmark and optimize high-performance services.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to tackle complex development challenges.
