Marketing Coordinator

Summary
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing operations and administrative processes. This individual will assist with coordinating marketing initiatives, tracking requests, and supporting reconciliation efforts related to marketing spend and workflow execution. The ideal candidate has strong Microsoft Office skills, a foundational understanding of marketing processes, and basic accounting knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

Support the execution of marketing process requests and workflow coordination
Assist in tracking and managing marketing activities, timelines, and documentation
Help reconcile marketing-related processes, budgets, and invoices
Provide administrative support for marketing projects and initiatives
Maintain organized records of marketing materials, approvals, and reporting
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation using Microsoft Office tools
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing tasks are completed accurately and on time
Support cross-functional communication between marketing, finance, and operations teams

Required Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Basic understanding of marketing processes and workflows
Foundational accounting knowledge with the ability to assist in reconciliation efforts
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
