Oracle NetSuite Developer - Local to St.Louis - Onsite -W2

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle NetSuite Developer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on NetSuite development experience. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, with the intention of converting to a full-time employee after a successful contract period.

Candidates must be local to the St. Louis area or willing to relocate prior to start.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. 
• 2-4 years of experience in software development for NetSuite OneWorld Financials applications.  
• Proficiency in NetSuite ERP, CRM, WMS, SuiteCommerce, and NetSuite technology infrastructure. 
• Experience with SuiteScript 2.0, SuiteFlow, and SuiteCloud framework is required. 
• Strong understanding of NetSuite architecture, functionality, and customization. 
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, SuiteScript, SuiteFlow workflow automation.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts (abstraction, inheritance) and experience with object-oriented languages. 
• Experience with data management (SQL, XML, JSON, Hibernate) and web services (REST, SOAP) is preferred.
• Experience with third-party integrations and tools such as Celigo is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with IT teams, business stakeholders, and senior management.
• Experience managing project scope, status, risks, and communication across multiple initiatives.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship (USC/EAD)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain NetSuite customizations and integrations

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

• Build and optimize SuiteScripts, workflows, and automation

• Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support

• Assist in system upgrades and enhancements

• Document technical processes and best practices
