Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Cloud Cost Management Analyst to lead and support cloud cost management initiatives. The analyst will configure and maintain cloud cost management tools, analyze data to ensure accuracy, and provide actionable insights to support financial and operational decisions. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, expertise in cloud computing, and strong analytical and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the setup, configuration, and ongoing support of cloud cost management software.
Onboard new users and create dashboards, widgets, and reports to support operational needs.
Prepare documentation, user guides, and presentations to communicate insights and findings.
Reconcile and validate datasets to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Collaborate with technical and business teams to optimize cloud cost management processes and apply FinOps principles.

Position Requirements:

Over 10+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or cloud cost management; hands-on experience with cloud environments, preferably AWS.
Strong foundation in cloud computing concepts; familiarity with AWS services; knowledge of Cloud Cost Management Principles (FinOps);
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker; proficiency in Excel for data analysis, pivot tables, and visualization.
Experience with FinOps platforms (e.g., IBM Cloudability) is a plus.
Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data validation skills; ability to manipulate and interpret datasets; excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative mindset; adaptable to new technologies and tools; detail-oriented with ability to produce accurate documentation and reports.
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field;
