Business Analyst UiPath RPA, Jersey City, NJ
We have an immediate opportunity for a Business Analyst to help identify which manual processes can be automated with UiPath. You'll run stakeholder workshops, map current and future workflows, and turn business needs into requirements and user stories that RPA architects and developers can build from. You'll also define test scenarios, support SIT and UAT, and help business teams validate the automation and track whether it reduces manual work.
Candidates should have 5+ years of business analysis experience on automation, digital transformation, or process improvement projects, including experience with UiPath. Strong process mapping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder communication skills are essential. A background in banking, financial services, or capital markets is valuable, along with exposure to Power Platform or process mining tools such as Celonis or Signavio.
This is a contract opportunity in Jersey City, NJ.
