Job Details

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and field crews - keeping projects on schedule, on budget, and aligned with our quality standards.

What You'll Do:

Manage day-to-day operations across multiple active job sites
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement timelines
Coordinate with union carpenters, millwork foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers
Lead client communication with a solutions-oriented, transparent approach
Review drawings, submittals, and RFIs; manage change orders
Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with applicable codes
Track project financials and provide regular reporting to ownership

What We're Looking For:

4+ years of project management experience in commercial construction (carpentry, millwork, or interior fit-out experience a strong plus)
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of construction documents, scheduling software, and budgeting
Excellent communication skills - with clients, crews, and ownership alike
Commitment to safety, quality, and delivering results that exceed expectations
Experience working with union labor preferred
