Peloton is seeking an Oracle Cloud SCM Workstream Lead with deep expertise in Indirect Procurement in Services Industries to support large-scale Oracle Cloud implementations. This role is responsible for leading the Procurement workstream, driving solution design, and ensuring successful delivery aligned with client business objectives. As a Procurement Lead, you will partner with supply chain, finance, and sourcing stakeholders to design and implement solutions that improve procurement efficiency, supplier management, and spend visibility.
Key Responsibilities: Workstream Leadership & Delivery- Lead the Procurement workstream across the full project lifecycle (requirements through deployment)
- Own solution design, configuration, and delivery for Oracle Procurement Cloud modules
- Manage workstream scope, risks, issues, and dependencies
Process Assessment & Solution Design- Assess current-state procurement and sourcing processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Guide and advise clients on future state business process standardization and transformation to adopt Oracle Cloud best practices based delivered solution
- Define and refine business processes across areas such as:
- Requisitioning and purchasing
- Supplier onboarding and management
- Sourcing and supplier negotiations
- Procurement contracts and agreements
Requirements Gathering & Configuration- Lead workshops to gather and document business requirements using standard Oracle process flows
- Translate requirements into functional designs and Oracle Cloud configurations
- Configure key Procurement modules, including:
- Self Service Procurement
- Purchasing
- Sourcing
- Supplier Qualification / Supplier Portal
- Procurement Contracts
- Services Procurement
Cross-Functional Collaboration- Partner with Finance, Inventory, and Accounts Payable teams to ensure end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process alignment
- Ensure seamless integration between procurement, receiving, invoicing, and payment processes
Client Advisory & Stakeholder Engagement- Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders on procurement transformation and best practices
- Communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences
- Provide recommendations to improve spend control, compliance, and operational efficiency
Testing, Deployment & Support- Lead testing activities (SIT/UAT), including scenario design and validation
- Support deployment, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization
Practice Development- Contribute to continuous improvement of Peloton methodologies, accelerators, and intellectual property
- Mentor junior team members and support capability development
Required Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of experience in Oracle SCM Cloud implementations in Service based industries. Overall 15+ years of experience in implementing Oracle Solution.
- Strong functional expertise in Oracle Procurement Cloud, including:
- Self Service Procurement
- Purchasing
- Strategic Sourcing
- Supplier Management
- Supplier Portal
- Services Procurement
- Experience leading multiple full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementation
- Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and best practices in Services industries
- Understanding of financial integration points, including Accounts Payable and invoice matching
- Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and solutions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote, client-facing environment

- Willingness to travel as required
Preferred Qualifications: - Oracle Cloud Procurement certifications
- Experience across additional SCM modules (e.g., Inventory, Receipt Accounting, Cost Accounting)
- Experience with data migration processes from legacy to Cloud
- Experience with supplier portals, onboarding, and third-party integrations
- Experience in implementing punchouts with multiple vendors
- Experience supporting multi-pillar Oracle Cloud implementations (ERP + SCM)
- Experience mentoring junior team members
Compensation:Peloton provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, business needs, and geographic location. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $180,000 to $235,000 (Base Compensation). Peloton also offers bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package including:
