Required Skills & Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

•3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Functional Analyst.

•Strong understanding of business processes and system functionality.

•Experience with requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.

•Required experience in SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.

•Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

•Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar is a plus.
