Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Clinical Device Management (CDM) Analyst to support enterprise healthcare initiatives by designing, implementing, and optimizing Clinical Device Management (CDM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow Platform, Hardware Asset Management, CMDB, and healthcare device lifecycle management, with the ability to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of ServiceNow experience with strong platform expertise
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Clinical Device Management (CDM)
- Strong knowledge of Hardware Asset Management (HAM), CMDB, and Asset Management
- Experience with Platform Foundations, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and ServiceNow best practices
- Experience supporting healthcare environments and medical device lifecycle management
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Field Service Management (FSM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with healthcare systems and enterprise applications
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulated environments
- Experience leading ServiceNow platform enhancements and enterprise implementations
