Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Analyst II to provide hands-on IT infrastructure and end-user support in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting Windows PCs, Windows Server, Microsoft Azure, Intune, networking, and HP/Zebra printers.

The candidate will work with business users to understand IT needs, troubleshoot technical issues, document business processes, and ensure IT solutions meet operational and user requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on, in-person IT infrastructure support for Windows PCs, Windows Server, printers, and networking.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues.
• Support Microsoft Azure and Intune environments, including device management and configuration.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot HP and Zebra printers, particularly in manufacturing environments.
• Support LAN/WAN connectivity, TCP/IP, VLANs, and Network Access Control (NAC).
• Work with end users to identify technical needs and translate them into IT requirements.
• Document and map existing and future-state business processes.
• Facilitate business process redesign and requirements gathering as needed.
• Manage IT service requests, ticket queues, dashboards, and incident resolution.
• Support site vulnerability management, IT service management, and Management of Change (MOC) processes.
• Ensure IT systems and solutions meet business, operational, and user requirements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on IT infrastructure support experience.
• Strong experience supporting Windows PCs and Windows Server operating systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Intune.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VLANs, and NAC.
• Hands-on experience supporting HP and Zebra printers.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and end-user support skills.
• Ability to work independently with moderate direction.

• Manufacturing plant IT support experience.
• Microsoft 365 / Office 365 and Microsoft Teams support.
• ITSM (IT Service Management) experience.
• Management of Change (MOC) experience.
• Experience managing IT dashboards and ticket queues.
• Site vulnerability management experience.
• Experience in FDA- and GMP-regulated environments.
• Business process analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering.

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
