Job Title: Manual Tester Apple Hardware

Location: New York City (NYC)

Job Summary:

• We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual Tester with hands-on experience in testing Apple hardware devices such as iPhone, Apple Watch, and iPad. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in manual testing, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to quickly understand and execute complex test cases.
• Experience in finance or payments-related applications is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing on Apple devices including iPhone, Apple Watch, and iPad
• Execute complex test cases and scenarios with high accuracy
• Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools
• Validate device functionality across different stages of the device lifecycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality
• Prepare detailed test documentation, reports, and test cases
• Quickly ramp up on new features, devices, and testing requirements
• Ensure a seamless user experience across hardware and software integrations

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in manual testing
• Hands-on knowledge of hardware/device testing
• Basic understanding of mobile operating systems (iOS/macOS)
• Familiarity with device lifecycle testing
• Experience with bug tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
