Summary
We are seeking a strong Project Manager to take ownership of several workstreams within a client's Transformation Management Office (TMO). The initial focus is the Communications and Facilities workstreams, with the potential to support additional workstreams as needs arise. This PM will step into in-flight work, manage delivery, and keep stakeholders aligned, using Smartsheet as the primary project management tool.
Key Responsibilities
- Take over and manage the Communications and Facilities workstreams through TSA Exit and/or Transformation.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables
- Create and manage projects in Smartsheet, including plans, trackers, and status reporting
- Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and action items
- Facilitate meetings and coordinate across business, IT, facilities, and communications stakeholders
- Provide clear, consistent status updates to TMO leadership
- Support additional TMO workstreams as priorities evolve
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in a PMO or TMO environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder and leadership communication
- Hands-on Smartsheet experience; comfortable creating and managing projects, sheets, and reports
- Proven ability to quickly ramp up on existing workstreams and take ownership
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams at once
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, CAPM, or similar certification
- Experience managing communications, change management, or facilities-related projects
- Experience with Smartsheet dashboards and automated workflows
- Experience in a large enterprise or global organization
