Summary

Role : Senior Security Engineer
Location: Dallas, TX
Contract: W2
 
Key Responsibilities :

  • Platform Management: Deploy, configure, and maintain Netwrix Auditor and Stealthbits tools.

  • Access Governance: Analyze data access patterns using Access Analyzer to identify security risks.

  • Activity Monitoring: Track modifications across Active Directory, file servers, and cloud environments.

  • Threat Detection: Investigate anomalous behavior, privilege escalations, and unauthorized data access.

  • Compliance & Reporting: Generate automated audit reports to support GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS compliance.

  • Remediation: Partner with IT teams to revoke excessive permissions and enforce the principle of least privilege.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Platform Expertise: Minimum 2–3 years of experience managing Netwrix Auditor and Stealthbits products.

  • Identity & Directory Services: Strong engineering knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID.

  • Data Security: Deep understanding of NTFS permissions, share permissions, and NAS storage auditing.

  • Infrastructure: Proficiency in Windows Server administration, IIS, and SQL Server backend management.

  • Scripting: Ability to write PowerShell scripts to automate data collection and remediation tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications: Netwrix Certified Professional, CISA, CISSP, or Microsoft Security certifications.

  • Industry Experience: Background in financial services, healthcare, or heavily regulated enterprise environments.
