Key Responsibilities

Design and develop enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot and Microservices.
Build scalable REST APIs and integrate applications with internal and external systems.
Develop Python and PySpark applications for large-scale data processing, transformation and analytics.
Build and optimize Spark jobs using Spark Core, Spark SQL and DataFrames.
Develop data pipelines involving large structured and semi-structured datasets.
Integrate Java services with Spark/data-processing platforms, databases and messaging systems.
Write complex SQL for data extraction, transformation and validation.
Develop event-driven solutions using Kafka or similar messaging technologies.
Deploy and support applications on AWS/cloud environments.
Participate in architecture, technical design, code reviews, performance optimization and production troubleshooting.
Implement automated build, testing and deployment using Git, Jenkins/GitHub Actions and CI/CD.
Work within Agile teams and collaborate with architects, product owners, data engineers and other technology teams.
