Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Engineer with Copilot Studio experience to join our team in Phoenix. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, along with experience in Copilot Studio and exposure to cloud technologies (Azure/AWS/Google Cloud Platform).
This role requires strong technical expertise, solution design capability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy solutions using:
Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps)
Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop flows)
Power BI (basic understanding preferred)
Dataverse
Develop and configure AI-powered conversational agents using Copilot Studio
Integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems using:
REST APIs
Custom Connectors
Azure services
Implement governance best practices including:
DLP policies
Environment strategy
Security roles & access control
Deploy and manage solutions across Dev/Test/Prod environments
Collaborate with cloud and infrastructure teams for authentication and integrations
Troubleshoot and optimize existing applications
Required Skills
4+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform
Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio (Power Virtual Agents)
Strong knowledge of:
Dataverse
Power Fx
Solution management & ALM
Azure AD authentication
Experience integrating APIs and external systems
Experience with at least one Cloud Platform:
Microsoft Azure (preferred)
AWS
Google Cloud Platform
Strong understanding of security, governance, and enterprise architecture
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with:
PCF components
Azure API Management
ServiceNow integrations
CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)
Knowledge of AI integrations within Power Platform
Experience working in regulated enterprise environments
EDUCATION
Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field or equivalent work experience.
