Job Title: Java Full stack developer/Lead (F2F Interview)
Location: Iselin, NJ (Onsite)
Key Mandatory Skills - Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka and Mongo DB
Technical Skills Required:
- Minimum 5 years of development and design experience in Java, Spring Boot ,Microservices , Kafka and Mongo DB
- Extensive coding experience with SOLID principles, Event Driven Architecture, Java, Spring boot, MongoDB, Micro Services and Mongo DB and have passion for coding.
- Hands on experience in performance tuning, debugging, monitoring
- Lead complex technical projects from requirements analysis through design, implementation, testing and launch into production.
- Be hands on and contribute to the implementation, but at the same time offer technical guidance and mentoring to other engineers.
- You have great communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in front of different stakeholders
- You are flexible, a team player, someone with an eye for detail
- Familiar with complex large scale distributed systems
- Optional (Good to have) - Payments Transformation expertise with SWIFT, FED, CHIPS experience
