Position OverviewWe are seeking Data Center Technicians to support our rapidly growing data center operations. This is a hands-on technical role responsible for maintaining hardware health, troubleshooting network and server issues, and ensuring the uptime and reliability the company is known for. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, follows structured processes, and is motivated by working on mission-critical systems.
Key ResponsibilitiesSafety & Compliance- Uphold and reinforce world-class safety standards.
- Participate in safety initiatives and support continuous improvement efforts.
Technical Operations- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and network equipment.
- Resolve incidents within defined internal SLAs.
- Perform root cause analysis on equipment failures and document findings.
- Follow established procedures to ensure operational consistency and accuracy.
Data Center Environment- Perform manual handling and lifting of equipment (within regulatory limits).
- Support 24/7 operations with rotating shifts (day, late, night) and weekend coverage.
- Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to off-hours emergencies.
Preferred Qualifications- U.S. Military Veterans encouraged to apply, structured environments, troubleshooting experience, and mission-focused work align strongly with this role.
- CompTIA A+ Certification or related hardware/IT credentials.
- Experience with hardware diagnostics, system repair, or infrastructure support.
- Ability to maintain accuracy and performance in a fast-moving, high-priority environment
