Senior Product Program Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking a polished, highly capable Senior Product Program Manager to support a broad portfolio of enterprise product initiatives. This individual will work directly with senior product leadership and partner with product managers, engineering leaders, PMO teams, and other stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can bring structure to multiple initiatives, connect information across teams, and turn complex updates into clear, executive-ready presentations. This is a visible, client-facing role requiring confidence, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently.
Coordinate roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and status reporting across multiple product teams.
Ensure product documentation, roadmaps, and program-management tools remain accurate and current.
Gather information from diverse stakeholders and synthesize it into clear leadership updates and recommendations.
Create polished PowerPoint presentations, roadmap reviews, portfolio summaries, and client-facing materials.
Establish consistent operating rhythms, reporting practices, and governance processes.
Track product adoption, usage, engagement, and customer feedback.
Translate data and feedback into actionable insights for product teams and roadmaps.
Use Jira and related tools to monitor progress, identify gaps, and drive accountability.
Present product roadmaps and program updates to senior leaders and internal clients.
Required Qualifications
Significant experience in product program management, product operations, management consulting, or a related field.
Experience supporting complex product portfolios and cross-functional teams.
Exceptional PowerPoint and executive storytelling skills.
Strong client-facing presence and written and verbal communication skills.
Experience managing roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
Proficiency with Jira or similar program-management tools.
Experience using data, product metrics, or operational analytics to guide decisions.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, build stakeholder relationships, and work with limited direction.
Preferred Qualifications
Management consulting or other client-facing consulting experience.
Experience supporting enterprise product organizations.
Familiarity with Power BI, Pendo, or similar analytics and product-adoption tools.
Experience developing adoption, usage, or customer-feedback frameworks.
Background partnering with software engineering or technical PMO teams.
Ideal Candidate
The strongest candidate will combine the discipline of a program manager with the strategic mindset of a product leader. This person does not need to be deeply technical but must be able to understand technical initiatives, identify what matters, and communicate it effectively. They should be polished, analytical, proactive, and comfortable working with stakeholders who have competing priorities.
