FULLY REMOTE (Must Sit In Canada) - Senior TIBCO Developer

Description

We are seeking two highly skilled Tibco Senior Developers to support enterprise integration initiatives. This role requires a strong technical foundation in Tibco along with the ability to work independently, manage end-to-end delivery, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support integration solutions using Tibco (BW, EMS, and related tools).
• Lead end-to-end delivery including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of integration services.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
• Troubleshoot, monitor, and resolve issues across Tibco platforms to ensure high availability and performance.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and provide clear status updates on deliverables.
• Work independently to manage assigned projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, integration flows, and best practices to support operational excellence.

Essential Skills

1. Five (5) years' experience within the last five (5) years developing TIBCO integration solutions in the following capacities (as required):
a) Developing, testing, and deploying batch and real-time integration interfaces and services in TIBCO BW 5.x or 6.x;
b) Development background in Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and REST services;
c) Development experience with XML and JSON;
d) Development experience in Java or .NET;
e) Experience with Oracle or other relational databases.

4. Ability to work with various IT teams;
5. Experience working in multi-tiered environments;
6. Utilization of Team Foundation Server (TFS) / GIT;
7. Experience with HP Quality Centre suite of testing tools;
8. Experience with industry-standard programming languages and technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, Visual Studio, and JavaScript.

This is a Contract position based out of Calgary, AB.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100.00 - $100.00/hr.
