Senior PowerBuilder Developer
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Work engagement: Hybrid - 3 days onsite
Experience: 5-8 years of exp
We are seeking an experienced PowerBuilder Developer to support the development, enhancement, maintenance, and modernization of enterprise applications built on the PowerBuilder platform. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in PowerBuilder, SQL databases, application support, troubleshooting, and integration with modern technologies.
Key Responsibility:
Design, develop, enhance, and maintain applications using PowerBuilder.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
Perform application debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
Support production deployments and resolve application issues within SLA timelines.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, QA teams, and other technical teams.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
Prepare technical documentation, design documents, and deployment guides.
Support application upgrades, migration, and modernization initiatives.
Provide estimates for development and enhancement efforts.
