Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Systems Analyst 3 / RPA Developer – UiPath to lead enterprise automation initiatives, UiPath platform administration, automation governance, and intelligent automation programs.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on UiPath development and Orchestrator administration experience, along with proven expertise in requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, automation strategy, and leading complex technology implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support the enterprise UiPath platform, including governance, security, licensing, upgrades, and day-to-day operations.
• Serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert for RPA and Intelligent Automation technologies.
• Establish and lead an enterprise Automation Center of Excellence (CoE).
• Evaluate and implement emerging UiPath AI-powered and agentic automation capabilities.
• Lead automation initiatives through the complete lifecycle, including discovery, assessment, design, development, testing, deployment, and optimization.
• Facilitate business and technical workshops and gather business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize high-value automation opportunities.
• Develop automation roadmaps, delivery standards, reusable components, governance frameworks, and best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, business analysts, architects, infrastructure teams, and other technical teams.
• Establish automation KPIs, metrics, dashboards, and reporting to measure adoption, efficiency, ROI, and business benefits.
• Support continuous improvement and optimization of enterprise automation processes.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and recommendations related to RPA and intelligent automation solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall professional IT experience.
• 7+ years of experience in systems analysis, business systems support, or software development.
• 5+ years facilitating workshops and gathering business, functional, and technical requirements.
• 5+ years leading complex technology implementations and cross-functional initiatives.
• 4+ years of hands-on UiPath RPA development experience.
• 4+ years administering UiPath Orchestrator / enterprise UiPath environments.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• UiPath Certified Professional certification.
• Experience establishing or leading an Automation Center of Excellence (CoE).
• Experience with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP).
• Experience with UiPath AI Center.
• Experience with Agentic Automation / AI Automation.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Lean / Six Sigma / Process Improvement experience.
• Experience developing automation governance frameworks and enterprise roadmaps.
• Experience defining operational metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and benefits realization.
